Showcasing Industry Opportunities With Undeb Bangor
Recently we collaborated with Undeb Bangor to deliver a talk about the work we do at the North Wales Rivers Trust and how people can get involved in the environmental sector. We joined two other fantastic organisations, the North Wales Wildlife Trust and RSPB Wales, who also shared insightful presentations on volunteer opportunities and ongoing projects.
Our Senior Communications Officer, Oisin, highlighted some of our key initiatives, including accredited snorkel training through Project Swimways, invertebrate sampling, and litter clean-ups.
A significant portion of the talk focused on careers in the environmental sector, offering practical advice on building CVs and gaining valuable experience to help individuals take their first steps into the field.
